Who Can Skate?
Everybody.  We suggest 3 being the minimum age limit, this is not enforced but a recommendation.  We do ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult on the rink.  Children 12 to 16 can have an adult on site. All bookings will need at least one skating adult.

How Do I Book?
All bookings are to be made online to avoid disappointment.

Can I Change My Booking?
Yes, you can change/move your booking up to 24 hours prior to your session.  Email hello@planetvolt.co.uk to make amendments.
Please note - we do not offer refunds.

Can I Book The Entire Rink?
Yes you can! This will depend on availability!

Do You Supply Ice Skates?
Yes we do! And skate hire is included in the booking!
We have a wide range of sizes.
Adjustable skates for our younger skaters.  Adult skates up to size 48

When Should We Arrive For Our Session?
We advise about 15 minutes prior to your session start time.

Do You Have Skate Aids? And How Do I Reserve One?
Yes!  Our skate aids can be rented out at £5.00 per session. 
The Skate aid assists the child to be able to skate around the rink with a little help. Availability is limited and is on a first come, first served basis, bookable online.

Where Are You?
We are located at the Centurion Hotel, next to Planet Volt.

What Happens If It Rains? Will My Session Be Cancelled?
The rink and alpine bar are all under cover to help keep you dry and warm!

Is The Rink Wheelchair Accessible?
The rink is wheelchair accessible & you are welcome to book on to any skate session. Be aware the entrance to the marquee is a gravel path.

I Don’t Want To Skate, But Still Want To Come?
Entry to Ice Volt is completely free.
